ABATE ride

Well the weather co-operated, somewhat, and a good time was had by all.

The route was a good one with plenty of twisties and pretty scenery.

Too bad we had to leave before the drawings and buffet.

Peter, I hope you found your back pad.

I should have just turned around and got it, but I did not realise it would be so hard stoping you guys.

Anyhow, hope it is the first of menyfun rides.

Now to clean all the water spots off the bike and visor.

It was an excellent ride! I'm very tired....

Peter got his back pad, and we got back on the road again fairly quickly....

I got 50 mpg on the ride! Awesome!

Tomorrow after work it'll be time to re-detail the Magna...dang rain!

lol yeh I got the back pad...ill have to go to some hardware store for some new mounts cause apparently those ones didn't work out. Tom did a great job leading us around all day thankfully. And it will not be the last of the runs im sure. Frank and willie we missed ya but im sure we will see you next time.

I was kind of thinking for a big end of the year bash like at the end of the summer a trip to Niagra falls casino or something.

Well some of us took more advantage of the excellent navigation than others but you're right it sure helps when you have someone that knows where he is going.

I only got about 25mpg but thats the differance between 30 yr old tecnology and today.

It did'nt help that we were riding double either.

I got to tell you that carb job was werth what I paid for it.

Old Elie sure is runing sweet.

I can't wait till the weather clears so I can take her out for a ride again.
